Charity update

On Tuesday the 9th Feb, CBPL handed over a cheque for £3000 to Emma Kennedy from Christies.

The figure is made up from a number of events that have been done over the last 12 months or so including :-

• £1000 raised by Nick Welch from Grainger Fire who did a sponsored bike ride,
• £300 raised by Sue Renshaw who ran the ‘Race for life’ event
• and £925 raised by Chris Maguire who did a charity abseil, both of who work for CBPL. 

The total raised so far for the charity is £4294.25.

Upcoming events include a Quiz Night, Easter Egg Raffle, and a 10k race which Claire is doing.
